If you would like one of our technicians to perform a remote session and make a settings change for you rather than the technician walking you through the steps, then our "Remote Access" technical service might be a better approach. Upon contacting our technical support department a technician will ask that you click the link below named "Remote Assistance" and you will be ask to download a small remote access program. The techician will then have you enter a one time (1) access code that allows them to work on your machine remotely. You will be able to observe from your monitor the steps the technician takes to resolve your settings issue. The remote access session will only allow the technician access to your machine during that support session. Any other remote access sessions will require a new access code. Sometimes the process can be expedited for both the end user and the support department techician. (not recommended for dial-up customers)
